Donna, the owner, was very accommodating, sociable and offered us access to the entire home with use of the kitchen, fireplace, outdoor fire pit and outside deck areas. Breakfast was also excellent! “The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. ”
