“Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds, lightweight but warm duvet. Excellent. Nice food.”

“Clean, comfortable with pleasant, helpful staff. A welcome pack/folder would have been nice. Good to have iron and ironing board provided. A few more hangers perhaps and a more comfortable chair!”
