My experience at this hotel was the absolute worse in all my years of travel. The bed linen was dirty but was disguised and upon discovering the dirty and filthy linen and speaking to a front desk clerk who contacted housekeeping manager to speak with me upon my request. Who later turned out to be the front desk manager, gave me an attitude and no remorse or an apology but instead I got sarcasm when I decided to check out before my stay was over. I would NEVER go back there even if they tore it down and rebuild it.

Me and my family drove 9 hours and paid for valet parking. It was time for the event and we requested our vehicle at 7pm and an hour later after missing the event the staff let us know that they had our vehicle at another hotel. My sister was being celebrated for her graduating. I had to uber my other family members.There was no apology. I spoke with the manager the next day and he asked me to write me information down and still has yet to call me. He didnt seem concerned at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

I loved everything about the hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was everything, the Breakfast was good. What I didnt like was that the toilet seat was too low, Other than that, it's a excellent hotel. I will return again!!

Most anywhere in NOLA you are close to great food. Side streets are always a bit shady, but I never felt unsafe.

The staff was amazing. The area is just, you’ll know when you get there. It’s the same all over that city. Our stay was very quick but quiet. The parking garage is something else, try to self park at least once so you get what I’m saying.

Overall stay was good. Staff was nice and helpful day fo checkin. However, the after has not gone so great. I left my shaving bag in the room and didn't realize it until I got home. I have called twice and so far have not gotten any help in finding out iff the bag has been found or if they can send it to me. After service has been lacking.

Staff charged our stay double on each a room besides they charged additional $400.00 because they said the electronic smoke detector registered smoke when never in my live have smoke. That was more than an insult. They did not refund me $400.00 even we can proof that we do not smoke. They even admited that room did not smell smoke Unbeleveable dishonest change and insult.

There was a leak in the shower faucet that ran out under the tub and under the bathroom floor and carpet. Very likely there is mold under the carpet as this leak has been going on for some time. The floor, drywall and baseboard were all swollen. We pointed this out to the maintenance staff but it was never fixed. The toilet was so small and low that I could not sit it on it. I had to use the public toilet in the lobby when I needed to go. Also there wasn't a lounge type chair in the room nor was there a hair dryer. There was only two coffee filters and one small tube of shampoo for our 4 night stay. We asked for both of these items and it took two days to get them. The staff was courteous, but resolution of issues was slow or non-existent.

The desk clerk was not helpful at all when I called asking for directions even after telling her that my map was inaccurate. A lady’s room was broken into, her clothes were scattered, her medication was stolen and the desk clerk was rude to her and told her there was nothing she could do about it and to just call the police. I did not feel safe at all being there.

Hotel itself is fine, the staff is fine. However I was double charged and getting a refund on one purchase seems to be looking very grim. The customer service for Wyndham/La Quinta pretty much laughs at you.

Dumpy - if all you’re looking for is a clean bed, then maybe this place is for you. However, the room was somewhat clean, the bathroom outlet didn’t work, there were broken hangers, and we had to ask six times for a hair dryer.

Smoking fee's when we did not smoke in the hotel. "Destination" and other bs fee's. Valet parking that did nearly 2k in damages to a new truck. They also took an hour or more to retrieve a vehicle one block away. Beware LaQuinta/ Windsor Hotels

Thank you for your review, we charged you a smoking fee because you smoked in the room, i will gladly send you a copy of the report showing you smoked and how long if you would like it. Also you never reported any damage of your vehicle to us or the parking company as i have spoken with them. If in fact your truck was damaged please send us the photos and we will file the claim for you as they have insurance for any incident caused by valet.

At check out laQuinta texted me for checkout. It asked if we wanted a late check out. We chose 3 since our flight was later in the day. I never recieved comformation of the extension. We i called down to the desk they asked me to bring the message woth me. When i got down to the desk, they stated they did not honor the Laquinta App and said we had to be our by 12. This was 1048 after talking at the desk. I ran back up stairs and told my Mom we need to get in tge shower and pack, we only have 130 hours left before we have to leave or tgey will charge us for a full day. This is the same app i booked tge room through.

People with little to no patience, this hotel is not for you. Staff was very helpful when they got to you, but they seemed short staffed. Very clean and centrally located.

Charged double in what are I guess security deposits? Over $900 the first day then $90-$400 throughout my stay (???). My final receipt was about $690 but a total of over $1,900 was charged to my bank account. Apparently this happened to other guests because the front desk staff told me to block the hotel on my card. If these are not waived I will be disputing it with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous. New management desperately needed. Staff was lovely and seemed to be as confused/frustrated as me.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service and staff at your hotel. When I checked in, I was not welcomed warmly, and the staff was not helpful. When I checked out, I was not given a receipt, which has caused me future hassle. I would recommend that guests ask for receipts when checking out to avoid any misunderstandings. Also, be aware that you will have a hard time getting a hold of somebody at this location if you get charged wrongly. Every single member of your staff that I came into contact with was rude and mean. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be staying at your hotel again.

Fun vibe created by the lobby decor. Staff were helpful. $10 voucher provided to hotel bar. It felt safe. Elevators required keyed entry. Walkable to French quarter and to sports arenas. Price point (hotel and parking) better than other hotels for the same weekend. No deal breakers/would stay again but… Resort fee was $5 more than noted on Expedia. Pool could’ve used a mid day skim - lots of bugs. Parking ramp is very tight and the valet drivers race through there like nascar drivers. No hand soap/bar in bathroom. Areas in corners of room could’ve used some more vacuuming.

Location is great. I was overcharged 400 dollars the next day after stay. Hotel has completely ghosted all calls made to rectify situation. Manager came on intercom to say good morning at 8:30 in morning…. It was insane. Then he came back on and apologized for alarm that was going off… I never heard an alarm…, just him. Then about 1030 the alarm blast for about 30 seconds, then goes off. Left that morning bewildered….. then check my account…, two pending charges.., that ultimately we’re pushed through. Have filled complaints. I would highly recommend staying away from that property!!! Won’t ever stay at LaQuinta again unfortunately. Sincerely, Bummed traveler

Staff ,female person seemed moody & didn't greet us or make us feel welcomed there as guest. She filled to give us same information that we notice she told other guests ,about the extra card for a free drink at the bar, that was inserted with out room keys. We was charged for the list of activities that includes tours ,that we never went on! I didn't notice slot of white guest wearing a green bracelet to verify there were guest at the hotel? I reserve a room with a balcony,but got a view of buildings walls only.They put two seniors on the third floor ,that was very cold with lots of air circulating in the hall areas! ☹️

The hotel was close to the French Quarter without the noise. Parking is expensive and not convenient at all. It took a long time to get the truck parked. I would stay here again but I would bring a smaller vehicle for all the compact car spaces available.
