Room was nice. Clean. Very central to CBD. Good parking. No complaints. I arrived late for check in, and a friendly staff member rang me to arrange check in, and the room was ready when i got there. Check in is listed until 8pm on Expedia, but reception closed at 7pm.

I recently stayed at this place in New Plymouth, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of most shopping and restaurant areas, making it easy to explore the area.
