Disappointing

Though old, nicely refurbished overall, quiet & no intrusive lighting at night. Peaceful. Warm. Overall clean. Spacious, good parking. However, the rubbish bin had previous guests rubbish still in it when we arrived, making us question overall cleanliness. The paring knife had been used for drugs (burnt tip as when "spotting") which makes you wonder what had gone on in the unit prior to our stay. The toilet roll holder was an old plastic type, cracked, perished with rusty screws. Lets the rest of the refurbishment down. The bed was horrible with roll together. The shower was terrible. Would have had a better wash standing outside in the rain. The knife & rubbish are small things which would be easy to fix but which left us feeling yuck about the place from the start. Owners, you need to use your beds & showers before charging others to use these. When staying in a motel, those are the two critical items, the quality of which should be prioritised. Won't be back.

Lovely handy quiet location at the end of a street (backs on to bush). Well equipped unit. Kind & caring staff. We found the 2 bdrm unit quite spacious. Free wifi & free on-site parking. Would stay here again.

Liked the off road traffic noise. Didn’t like a barking dog next door and the continuous loud banging sound of the neighbours music.

Accommodation had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Close to everything in town. Older property. Had a one bedroom unit with a very large bedroom with a double and single bed. And a separate lounge/kitchen/dining area. Was clean and warm. Shower could do with an update. Parking was a bit tight. Otherwise had a nice couple of nights there.

Lovely quiet place to stay, no traffic!!! Tidy and comfortable.... would suggest you upgrade the beds! Had the worst night sleeping on the bed which sunk in the middle. Apart from that the unit was cosy Thank you

The living area was a decent size ... good to have the heat pump with it being a bit chilly and wet. Good to have a stove in the unit too. Only real negatives were the bedrooms a bit smaller than used to, but wasn’t a huge factor, and the towels given are not suitable for larger sized guests

nice place with a great walking track through a forest just across the road. it was clean and tidy and met our needs. However, i could only find three breakfast bowls for our family of four. and the queen bed is near the end of it's useful life, or maybe that's just my old back.

Was a wonderful quiet location with the ability to hear the native birds rather than the major road traffic at the end of the road. Unit had everything that we needed although the bedroom was quite tight on space around the bed. A very pleasant stay despite the weather.
