"The staff was wonderful!!! The property was very clean and we felt very safe and comfortable. It is definitely a dated property. It isn’t fancy but it is very comfortable. The staff truly went above and beyond. The location is also very convenient. "

"This hotel location is spot on. We where on the 40th floor which I upgrade with additional charge and thought its quietter but you will hear the banging of doors from floor below and the sound of plumbing pipes. "

"Hotel entrance look fantastic but rooms were kind of outdated. Location is perfect, walking distance to subway stations and most tourist destinations. There was a mandatory destination fee applicable daily to selected food/beverage and a couple complimentary activities but were not really explained by the front desk. Although they gave a paper to read about it, it would be better customer service to explain what it is and how can you use and maximize the fee. And also to direct you where you can check ahead about the availability of complimentary activities. "
