“Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...

“Excellent. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL!!! No words to describe it. Only complaint is shower door and fire alarm going off twice at night. Everything else was superb!! ”

“Clean room, friendly staff, and perfect for a last-minute stay. It was a smooth experience overall, and I appreciated that they are actively updating the property with new amenities.”

“The staff was great. The facility was good and breakfast yeah not so much. It wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t a whole lot of choices. Didn’t even have orange juice out. How can you have breakfast with us orange juice…lol”

“The breakfast was perfect, room was perfect and pretty location close excellent choices of restaurants. We chose Chueys, an excellent TexMex restaurant. ”

“All clerks are so kind. Room has good bed ~ and enough space to have a relax.”

“Rooms left a lot to be desired. Floors were dirty. Walking from the bath to the bed, barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black. Hot water was non-existent the night we arrived, however there was plenty the following morning. We bought towels at the Dollar General, so we would have decent towels. Rooms are noisy and neighbors can be heard easily. We won't be back.”

“Alot of roaches. Exposed wire on the ac unit. Bed sheets were stained. I got a non smoking room but the sheets have burn holes in them .no microwave to heat food. Enter at your own risk.”

“Today is my 3th day in here. I asked to staff change quarters for use laundryroom. But the staff went into the room. And bring manager . And asked me my I.D. so i asked her name (she didn't have name tag), she yeld me ' i don't have name. You are korean. My name is kim joung eun' . . . . Very disappointed best western. And very very disappointed usa.”
