Checked in at 7:45pm and there was no room available and staff didn’t care. He then said he could give us a king and pullout couch and while it wasn’t ideal for us we said ok. He went to change the reservation and said that room was now gone and didn’t care. Told us to contact Expedia for refund. Then he decided to physically check a room to see if it was clean which it was. No apology for confusion. Get up to the room and it was underwhelming and refrigerator didn’t work. Also not ideal since we were traveling for sports. The pool was disgusting and cloudy and had to go ask for towels at the desk. Never again will we stay there.

The property seemed old for not really being that old. The room could have been cleaner. But it was a quick trip so it wasn't that big of a deal. All the staff we had contact with were really nice!

Called to let hotel know I would be arriving late. after midnight. They said no problem.. Go to check in at 12:45 am and their sytem was down. Told me I would be able to check in at 2am. I had to leave and drive home. not happy at all

Nice stay in Conroe.. minus the lumps....

My wife and I came in for a festival as vendors in downtown Conroe. The Hotel is nice the staff was very nice n helpful when needed. The only problem I had was with the Mattress in our room.. was very wore out. So made for the not best sleeping for me... Lumpy n saggy for sure . Other than that. It was a pleasant stay. My wife had breakfast each morning. I believe a western omelet... Was included in our stay... There is a Fitness center as well and outside pool . Kinda to cold out trip for the pool. There are a lot of restraunts within walking distance ..

Over rated

Was charged $50 as a pet fee and $20 for incidentals. Lord knows what incedentals are because we sure didn't receive any extras. Coffee pot in room didn't work and the coffee in the lobby was cold. couldn't connect with internet. Banging in the walls, couldn't determine cause but it sounding like pipes. gaps around room door letting in sounds and light. Actually it was a poor experience overall.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that the coffee pod did not fit the coffee pot that was available in the room. Minor stuff. Overall a pleasant stay.

Convenient and had a police dept around corner. Nice but a lone man hungg out in parking lot near our car for over 2 hours. Unsettling but car fine in am. Breakfast was decent. Good premade omlets.

The area where you had breakfast had couches and all of them were badly stained with food and you just sank down in them when you sat on one. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. At 12:30 am I decided to go downstairs to get two additional pillows and they didn’t have any. The room was large and the bed was semi-comfortable. We won’t be returning.
