hi BetsyWe sincerely apologize for your negative experience with your room We do strive to ensure that all rooms are clean and comfortable for all our guests and we are sorry we failed in this area for you, had we been made aware we would have immediately done our very best to rectify the issue with a room change. We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was unsatisfactory I do see that you were immediately upgraded and moved following the initial issue.it is most unfortunate that this did not resolve the problem. While the Sky Train does run behind the Hotel I believe they stop at midnight and start again at 6AM while having the transit so close can be convenient it can be annoying to others. Once again we apologize that this was the case for you and hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back..
