The worst hotel I have ever visited. I had little expectation since it was Manhattan but still, this hotel was the worst.
First, I couldn't use the hot water for more than a minute. When I tried to take shower, hot water only lasted for a minute or two then cold water was running. I have stayed 2 nights, the first morning I took shower freezing and the second day I didn't even try to take a shower.
Second and the worst, the hotel couldn't do anything!!!!!
the concierge or the girl at the lobby said she CANNOT do anything to fix or solve the problem. So I paid a few hundreds of dollars and couldn't even take a shower.
Third, I have requested room cleaning and making room service after the first night and put the sign on the door when I left the room, but they didn't do, they didn't even change the used towels. So I slept in a dirty room for 2 nights.
The people at the lobby was NO HELP at all and all they could say was they CANNOT do anything. If they cannot do anything for anything, what is the point of them staying there and getting paid?
Lastly, I haven't received any service (not even basic service like room cleaning or hot water), I needed to pay "service charge" which was not included in the fee. TOTAL NONSENSE.
The breakfast was horrible too, nothing to eat.
I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND HOPE NO ONE WOULD EXPERIENCE WHAT I HAVE.
Just spend more money and get worth of it.
