“Room was very clean and tidy. The staff are amazing and there is loads of available parking to use. Great quiet location. This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve being to. If you get the chance get it booked.”

I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning.”

“Initially we were not impressed with this property. No reception, just a voice at the end of a phone. We never got a "check-in" email, which should have come prior to arrival. We eventually managed to get in the building after 40 minutes. That was the only negative as or room was great, very spacious with clean towels, kettle and fridge, filled with what we needed for breakfast the following morning, which we used in the lovely kitchen the day after. I would recommend this property. ...

“On arrival at the Hamilton was greeted by five other guests who also found their key codes wouldn't let you in to the property! After calling the number provided on the email we all received we were able to ascertain the code for the door wasn't the same as the one for our rooms, as this wasn't clear on our 1st emails!! This information wasn't given to me until a later email... The room was however clean ish but found the bed was of poor standard, with also to be found the toilet roll holder to...
