“Room is pleasingly decorated and newly renovated. Balcony with a view to the bay over the driveway/road. Staff easy to communicate with, location was great with easy access to the Esplanade and the coffee out front was perfect. A couple of drawbacks for us were the pillow top (saggy) mattress was very uncomfortable and the balcony had rubbish (smokers left over ashtray - yuck).”
