Clean and cozy
I enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and comfy. The room was enough spacious. But Tv didn't work correctly and fire alarm rand for about 10 mins at 2 AM. My kids woke up and didn't get sleep for a long time.

Thanks Junghyun for the feedback. We will check your TV today. In regards to the fire alarm we had guests in another room who activated the alarm and we must follow protocol with allowing NSW Fire Brigade to arrive and manage the process, so we can not turn the alarms off, they need to do this when they deem all clear. I understand that this is an inconvenience but everyone's safety is paramount to us and we apologise again.

호텔내 식당과 Bar 는 운영이 안되어서 폐쇄하였고 오직 호텔만 운영중. 전보다 친근한 느낌이 사라지고 있어 서운한 느낌이 있습니다.

깨끗하고 넓은 숙소가 마음에 들었고 체크인시 고객대응도 상당히 친절하였습니다. 욕실도 아이들과 사용하기에 부족함이 없었네요. 주변에 걸어서 갈만한 마트가 없었지만 렌트를 하였기 때문에 차로 10분정도 가면 대형마트도 있고 숙소에 주방도 모든 것들이 준비되어 있어 아침식사도 든든히 하고 나왔네요 감사합니다.

편안하고 안락한 호텔
지난번 숙박때에는 객실에 TV가 너무 안좋았는데 이번엔 LG제품으로 품위있어 보였고 편안했습니다. 앞으로 기회가 있으면 더 찾아 묵으 작정입니다. 참 좋은 호텔!!

Modern hotel with comfortable beds and nice gym. Will say the electrical outlets in the room aren't placed very well, had to borrow an extension chord from the front desk.

When we got there the property had run out of the type of rooms we had booked through Expedia… the staff were excellent in the way they dealt with this situation and were great throughout our stay

When I arrived at the hotel I was very tired and the receptionist was chatting with a guest who was checking in. I waited almost half an hour to check in.

Nice quiet area
Room service dinner was good. Room comfortable but several lights and lamps not working. Quiet area with easy access. Overall I would probably stay here again.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it had more than enough space for even more people. The layout of the rooms and the amenities in the room were just perfect! Will definitely come back. The staff were very professional and respectful. Oh, and the free coffee in the lobby at checkout, that was a nice touch. 10/10
