"This was a very clean, modern hotel situated in central Newcastle, very close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and about a 12–15 minute walk from Newcastle University. "Close to the station. Lovely staff, who appeared to be constantly problem solving a failing property. Things were broken, there was no air conditioning. Staff were as helpful as could be. Better value for money could have been got by walking a little further from the station"
