“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. “The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. ”

“The property was clean, nice and quiet. I came in and out as I pleased. It was very clean. The location was beautiful. I would recommend to anyone staying in Kingston. Also the price was well worth it.”

“The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.”

“First time we stayed here in March water went away for 4 hours. We are back and they installed a backup system. These folks care about giving the guest a good experience and it shows. We will go back next year.”
