“There was no towel. No noise protection at all ”

“Wonderful Israel”

“The hospitality from the staff is the best I’ve had in 21 countries. Yuval at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve an issue for me. He even remembered my name during my entire stay. The staff are always there to help and I felt very safe and comfortable. The location is close to shops, beaches, places to eat, Yaffa, and Allenby light rail station. There’s Israeli wine available for guests and water and a custom nut and seed mix in the room. They also have self serve tea and coffee...

“All the accommodation was fine.”

“Lovely property and design Room lovely but too small Parking arrangements are terrible”

“It is extremely clean and remarkably quiet. The managers are attentive to every detail with discretion, great kindness and elegance. They take care of everything. The breakfast is delicious. The lobby is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, the music excellent and the tree-lined terrasse very pleasant . I spent 10 days in this hotel and it was really a pleasure. I highly recommend it.”

“Great location. Beautiful hotel.”

“Overall this hotel is a nice boutique hotel with professional staff but the room i stayed did have a non working temp controller. Even if i cooled it down no heat came out at all.”

“The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was incredible and it’s one of the few boutique hotels with a roof top pool! Very luxurious hotel in the centre of Neve Tzedek.”

“This is our second year at this great boutique hotel. The location is the best. The staff are the most friendliest. I would definitely come again next year”

“I loved our Luxe stylish room and adorable marble bathroom, the super comfy beds like they were made in Heaven, great hospitality by the front desk (we love you Ms. Cecile!) and overall wonderful experience I would love to have again! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to smile from beginning till end during their Iconic hotel stay :)”
