“Great place to stay. Love to be back !!!”

“found stain of someone vomitted or dropped some food on the floor. bad soundproof. bathroom was not bad. ”

“Fun to stay in tent. Chilly but slept well. Didn’t like distance to bathrooms”

“We decided to book this motel having read good reviews. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the motel. We had to ask motel staff to fix couple of things. To give motel staff a credit they handed these issues quickly. The motel is way overpriced and there is not daily room cleaning. This is probably only two star motel.”

“No vaccum No towel change Fungi in bath Two expensive compared to the service”

“It was an inexpensive room close to what we needed. Room was clean but bedspread worn and stained...rather than painting the toilet seat, why not buy a new one? Fine for what I paid, which was $13.00 after member points.”

“Wow Perfect for Cornell”

“This is an older property that covers the basics at a good price. We stayed for 3 days and our towels were changed out each day. There was not a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was offered in the office each morning. If you are okay with just the bare basics, this is a fine place to stay while visiting Ithica and the surrounding areas.”
