Good value for the money. Room was clean and neat although a bit cold. Decent continental breakfast and grateful for the availability of tea/coffee all day. I fell and was hurt, and staff were very kind and helpful. Room was a little cold and walls are very thin, but otherwise, would recommend.

Mostly fine except the room did have a weird smell, the mini fridge made a very annoying continuous sound and there’s a noticeable gap underneath the door to outside, which I blocked with a towel. Also having the shower door only moveable on one side meant I got immediately sprayed in the face with cold water when I turned it on. I only stayed one night so it was fine but if I had been staying longer I would care more.

The staff member at the front desk was informative and welcoming. Our room was very well designed, making it easy to organize my belongings. The counter space and lighting in the bathroom was excellent. Only a 10 min ride to downtown Newport at a much more affordable price.
