“Wonderful setting very peaceful. We brought our dog with us our room had direct access to a lovely garden. Delicious breakfast, no bar or restaurant on site but we found a nice pub Fox & Hounds a couple of minutes away and had a very nice dinner there. ”

Property located away from major roads surrounded by stunning gardens makes for a peaceful nights sleep. Would say I would stay again, but I had to come back for work again unexpectedly the following week and re-booked without hesitation”

“This is a superb setting for Luton airport customers. You are literally in the last bed before the runway. This means it isn't quiet when the planes fly over, but it is superbly comfortable and the hosts go the extra mile with small but winning touches including the ready when you are breakfast for those travelling at odd times. Great stay, but bring your ear plus if you want to pretend you are not staying near the airport.”
