“Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are really nice but it's the second time I've stayed out of about 4 times where the linen/towels have not been clean. I came to replace the towels by ultimately had to give up due to needing to leave. The room wasnt ever refreshed for the next night stay. For the price (I paid about £400 for 2 days) it dosent really ever match up with the service, everything is too much trouble. Ive given it a few chances but there always seems to be so many friction...

“I've traveled more than 20 countries and of course stayed many hotels. However, this hotel was the best for our family in terms of services. They had separated restaurants for family and adults (only) so that kids can have more freedom. In front of hotel, there are very well equipped playground for kids as well. Staff members were kind and they booked tours for us as well. Swimming pool and indoor spa are free; but, you should pay extra for outdoor spa. We will definitely come back to...

“I’d read bad reviews after booking so I was very worried. But we got a basic, decent chalet in a good location. It was quiet and safe. It needs a deep clean, mould on curtains, and cobwebs everywhere, but everything else was very clean. It was fine for the price we paid. “We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. “Just not very good, reasonable price but not really budget or bargain, Great location next to the train, Great Western beach and Pub, Just not a very good hotel. The single room is tiny with a tiny bed and looks more like a student doss house. No air con, fan doesn't work, no lift to the 3rd floor. Staff often not available at all, has a chintzy looking restaurant in the front but no idea what or if they serve, so many better places to eat, or stay for that matter. Tired.”
