Nicely positioned hotel for what we needed. Comfortable room though a little warm at night as the supplied fan wasn't up to the job. All staff very accommodating. The pool was a little cool for us. Loveley seating in the reception area watching Fistral beach .Overall a nice hotel and the 2nd visit for us . Parking difficult as the whole road was full due to half term.

We emailed hotel and requested an accessible bathroom with shower due to husbands spinal surgery and was given an inaccessible bathroom. He could not get in the bathroom at all due to its small size. WE had to use communal shower in pool area. Room was cleaned daily. Reception staff and restaurant/bar staff were all fantastic. Hotel location is great for beach views.

Stayed here a few times - always brilliant. On this occasion food service was very slow (1hr from ordering to arriving) even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Great place, great hotel, lovely pool and friendly staff.

Absolutely lovely experience! We loved the play areas for children, the pool and sauna and the different bars and eating areas! The mini cinema for children was a good touch.
