“A good friendly pub hotel with it own 10 pin bowling ally, good pub food and beer. Stayed many times as I they have good private parking.”

“The room was spotless. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a sea view room and it was absolutely delightful! Beautiful bay windows with the view of the calming sea. The shower is amazing!! The water pressure was absolutely perfect and the way I like it. I had a lovely veggies breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse. It’s so close to everything but offers such warmth and home vibes, I will definitely be booking again!”

“Stayed for one night. The room was clean, and the pillows were comfortable. Upon arrival, we noticed an issue with the toilet, but it was quickly fixed by the staff. Quick check-in, and the location is great — everything you need is nearby. Overall, a positive experience.”

“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!”
