여행: 항공+숙소

I can’t tell you how disappointed we were with this Buffalo NY LaQuinta offered by Hotels.com. We have used Hotels.com many times and this room was so dirty and dusty..you could write your name on the woodwork…they should be ashamed! This room had no hair dryer…the room phone was not connected so we could not call the front desk. We needed special instructions to operate the TV…fortunately, the best person working the afternoon and night shift was very courteous and he helped us understand how to find the guide and channels on the TV. We chose this hotel due to the very good comments…those people could not have stayed at this location and we trusted Hotels.com….this was a terrible experience.

Todo muy bien, muy bonito hotel.

오래된 호텔로 시설은 별로이나 직원 응대는 괜찮았습니다

Everything was done exceptionally well. Food was above reproach. Accommodations were 5+. Pricing for our trip was very reasonable. Staff were excellent; friendly, efficient , courteous, extremely helpful. Guy at snack bar was great!! Loved our stay!!!
