โThere wasn't anything we didn't like. The house is on a street of historic homes, beautiful. Our room was small and cozy. Everything was well kept and clean. Breakfasts were amazing! Dan and Jamie were very personable and friendly. We would definitely recommend The Butler House. โ
โThis property is fantastic, it is close to everything you would want to do in Niagara Falls. They have a really nice breakfast and breakfast area. The hotel does not have views from the rooms, but they have a roof top where you can see the nightly fireworks that are on the Canada. you can go up there and relax. More than makes up for the lack of room views. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.โ
โGood hotel!! Bu, during three days, I have never had my room cleaned up. So, I had had to take out the trash. Except this, I am satisfied with this hotel. โ
โWe could check in 7pm because of the shortage of staff(they said, and never said sorry). The suite was dirty, toilet didn't be flushed, and the crews were not kind. Besides, they knocked door before 10am for room cleaning. We should be hurry up for check out. So we just stayed the suite room for 15 hours very uncomfortably. Never recommend this hotel. โ
โMy 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning.
