โAmie and Dan are great host the experience my wife and I had at the Butler house bed and breakfast was beyond amazing and the food was so delicious the perfect place to stay when you are in town for the Niagara Falls experience thank you guys โ
โVery cozy, warm and inviting. Staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Room was fabulous. The restaurant was great. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay! โ
โGood hotel!! Bu, during three days, I have never had my room cleaned up. So, I had had to take out the trash. Except this, I am satisfied with this hotel. โ
โRequested additional blankets, towels. Never received text or additional supplies. No full length mirrors in the place. Only mirror, in the bathroom, not over the sink! How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. No signs posted on the street at all. What am I supposed to do,get up at midnight to move the vehicle? Very deceptive practice by Niagara Falls police dept. 6...
โThe staff is great here. The food, drinks and coffee options were great. We washed clothes on the 2nd floor and it was easy and the machines worked well. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was on point.โ
โWe could check in 7pm because of the shortage of staff(they said, and never said sorry). The suite was dirty, toilet didn't be flushed, and the crews were not kind. Besides, they knocked door before 10am for room cleaning. We should be hurry up for check out. So we just stayed the suite room for 15 hours very uncomfortably. Never recommend this hotel. โ
