"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. "Picked this hotel because the closeness to the Niagara Falls State Park and price. They served daily breakfast and the property has parking. Having said that, this hotel needs a major makeover, paint, broken fixtures (even the nob flush my toilet was broken). Also, the hotel needs major deep cleaning. The floors, edges, grouts in the bathrooms, and the entrance rugs, elevators…, sadly all the areas looked dirty. Even the day I arrived, the floor in my room was dirty, I had to walk in flip flops in the room! Don’t think I’ll be visiting again"
