It was an ok stay for a concert. The room smelled musty and the toilet backflowed upon first use. The bathroom was not clean and the lights did not work. The beds were ok and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place but it would do in a pinch but almost anywhere else would be better.

We were told ahead of time that our check in could be later as it was a busy long weekend. When we arrived our desired room wasn't ready and we were offered another room but declined due to location...we said we'd wait...they immediately got our room ready in 20 minutes while we enjoyed ourselves in the gazebo. Beautiful property and gardens.

Great Stay

Great value, location, and service! Walking distance to downtown Lewiston and ArtPark. Other reviews were kind of down on this spot, so I was apprehensive, but was very happy with the place. If you're looking for a clean, central, affordable place to stay I would recommend staying here!

It’s nothing fabulous but a great place to take a rest after a busy day of sightseeing!! The town was super cute! There was live music and a farmers market practically next door! Sooo cool!

The staff were friendly to me when we checked it. I heard the attendant yell that there is no breakfast and checkout is a 11 A.M. The room was dirty. I would not sleep under the covers because the box that the mattress was resting on was filthy with a black smug on it. The shower was dirty and there were no wash cloths only towels. The room smelled musty. There was no elevator. Being disabled, the staircase was difficult. There was only a railing on the lower half. At one time, there was a staff member walking up the stairs behind us and did not ask to help us even though we were truggling. Overall a terrible experience. WIll not go there again.

Property location was good and peaceful but rooms should be upgraded. Our room’s bathroom door was almost about to crack and the pipe was damaged too. Bathroom was too cramped otherwise the room was fine

Nice place to stay for a reasonable price - lots of value here. Reasonably attractive and clean rooms; mine could have used a little more vacuuming but was very clean. Staff were polite but not as warm or friendly as the staff you find in the Lewiston shops, hotels and businesses. I recommend staying here nonetheless. Art Park, restaurants, drug store and the main drag are all within walking distance.

Such a disappointment, for 200 dollars this hotel was dirty, old sheets and bedding. Carpet needed vacuuming in hallways. Great location , finer next door f as mastic!!

It is a place only to sleep and rest, nothing that shines the eyes, the service was bad were late with our reservation and we waited in the car until they released the room, the room was not totally cleaned several places with old dust, around the hotel is a quiet place with some restaurants and gas stations.

Hotel/Motel Need to put weather strip around the doors as they wind came through. You see the gap. Tub looked clean but the shower stalls need to be replaced Otherwise the staff was very nice and friendly and the place was cozy and quiet.
