"The breakfast staff and breakfast could’ve been better and more welcoming not much to choose from for breakfast coffee in lobby was cold in the morning and the cream was sitting on an ice pack carpets dirty in rooms and room service is not often every 3 days maybe need more staff "

"Not only does this hotel offer a great complimentary breakfast, but they also offer free food and beverages from 5:30 to 7pm. A big hit for kids. One night they served poutine and the next was chicken and mac and cheese. First time I have ever seen this at any hotels. And free parking to boot. Rooms were quite spacious with basic kitchen essentials. "

"Carpet was making me sneeze. Nothing done to help with a sleepless night due to 3am guests fighting for over an hour and security called to see if people were ok. "
