체크인 할 때 카드결재 없이 하기에 이상하다고 생각했는데, 호텔에서 알아서 숙박비를 계좌에서 빼가서 기분이 얼떨떨했고, 호텔 숙박객이 가득차서 방을 확보하기 위해 1달러 수수료가 필요해서 사용했다고 하기에 항의했는데도 그대로 청구됐지만 보증금을 청구하지 않아서 일장 일단이 있었음
나이아가라폭포에서 멀지 않은 지역이어서 10분정도 걸으면 폭포까지 갈 수 있었음. 리프트나 우버가 잘 잡히지 않으므로 필요한 경우에는 숙소에 택시를 잡아달라고 부탁하면 잡아주기도 함. 택시 비용은 리프트나 우버보다 2배 정도 함.

“This property is fantastic, it is close to everything you would want to do in Niagara Falls. They have a really nice breakfast and breakfast area. The hotel does not have views from the rooms, but they have a roof top where you can see the nightly fireworks that are on the Canada. you can go up there and relax. More than makes up for the lack of room views. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.”

“We could check in 7pm because of the shortage of staff(they said, and never said sorry). The suite was dirty, toilet didn't be flushed, and the crews were not kind. Besides, they knocked door before 10am for room cleaning. We should be hurry up for check out. So we just stayed the suite room for 15 hours very uncomfortably. Never recommend this hotel. ”

The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side.
