"This was a last minute booking for us to enjoy a day as tourists in the Falls (we're locals), and it was a nice stay for my family. My children loved the pool and the arcade games and the restaurants on site. However, please be advised that the elevator situation is a bit annoying as we ended up spending a lot of time waiting around for an elevator...I think once we had to wait 15 mins. Also, we arrived late at approximately 6:30-7 and our room wasn't ready. This was disappointing as well as the internet situation. We didn't have wifi in our room on the 20th floor and I called the number on the note several times and got no answer. I also called the front desk about it and was told they'd call me back to figure things out and they never did. Thank goodness my husband and I have a lot of data on our phones! "

"I recently stayed at Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, things felt disorganized. There were long lines just to check in, followed by more waiting to access the elevators. It set the tone for a stay that felt inefficient and poorly managed. The room itself was below expectations. Cleanliness and comfort did not meet the standard I associate with this bran. Most notably, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made it difficult to relax. Basic amenities were also lacking. There was no functional Wi-Fi during the stay, which is a major inconvenience. Even small touches felt off, like complimentary water wasn’t provided, and the bottles in the room were priced at $5 each, which felt excessive for something so basic. Overall, the experience did not reflect the level of quality or service I would expect."

"As always we had a wonderful visit, kids love the pool and the included breakfast helps us big families when travelling, one suggestion I might make is separating the waffle machine from the breakfast line MANY of us didn’t want waffles but had to wait in the extreme long line for breakfast because others were waiting for waffles I think it would really help the morning process run smoother perhaps put the waffle station on the other side by the microwave to break it up a bit, just a thought, thank you for your lovely accommodations we shall return in summer "

"Great location. Beds were comfortable l. Free parking and free breakfast were great. Only negative is that Room is dated. Wear and tear can be seen in furnitures , drapes and bathroom. Rusted floor heater should be replaced. Holes on drywall near the curtain hook should be fixed. Laminate floor need a new overhaul. Chairs in breakfast dining room aren’t sufficient during busy breakfast between 8-9 Am. We didn’t use the pool so no comments. "

"I book this hotel in tower B floor 30, but they moved me to a different hotel, the embassy suites next door. No one informed me of this until I checked in. So I have no idea how this actual hotel was. Everything went fine at the embassy. Lots of construction going on at this time. Just know if you book tower B you won’t be staying there. "
