โI love this history with this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay. The location is the best for visiting Niagara falls. We were able to walk everywhere. We also brought our bikes and rode for miles on the trail that is right outside the hotel.โ
โThe Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort.โ
โGood hotel!! Bu, during three days, I have never had my room cleaned up. So, I had had to take out the trash. Except this, I am satisfied with this hotel. โ
โThe staff is great here. The food, drinks and coffee options were great. We washed clothes on the 2nd floor and it was easy and the machines worked well. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was on point.โ
โYou should improve the lighting of the backyard and the curtain of the longer bathrooms. We find it very cozy and spacious, in a very accessible area. If I come back, it would be our first choice, again.โ
โWe could check in 7pm because of the shortage of staff(they said, and never said sorry). The suite was dirty, toilet didn't be flushed, and the crews were not kind. Besides, they knocked door before 10am for room cleaning. We should be hurry up for check out. So we just stayed the suite room for 15 hours very uncomfortably. Never recommend this hotel. โ
โThe house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the location was excellentโjust a short distance from Niagara Falls. It made our stay both comfortable and convenient.โ
โLots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast.
Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family).
Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. โ
