We really enjoyed our 3-night stay. The breakfast was very good, and she even fixed me an omelet on our last day even though we were checking out early. Breakfast is scheduled for 8:00 AM-9:00 AM daily and she had it prepared at 7:00 AM. The room was very clean as well. We walked from the bed & Breakfast to Niagara Falls and the casino. It's an easy one-mile walk. This saved us money on parking which is $35-$40. We will stay here again on our next visit to the area.

This was great. It was exactly what my family needed for an overnight while checking out Niagara falls. The breakfast was perfect and everything was very peaceful. I can't imagine finding a better value in the area. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Our room 202 was very spacious. Breakfast every morning was freshly made to order. The daily guessing of the yogurt flavor was fun (strawberry blueberry raspberry). Short ride to the falls. Recommend the flying saucer diner five min away. Locals go there and enjoyed two good portions of food.

Property had off street parking & the neighborhood was relatively quiet. We were kindly greeted by staff on arrival. The stairs are pretty steep going up to the rooms. Bed & pillows were ok. Bulbs out & missing on bathroom vanity. Breakfast was very good. All & all an alright stay.
