The place is perfectly located just in the ❤️ of Nice at a pedestrian street. Our room was specious and super clean. We enjoyed our small balcony where we could eat the seafood bought on an open air market prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is very kind and friendly. It's a perfect place to stay in Nice. The reception works until 8 pm, but they can arrange a late self check-in for you.

Great stay near the old town

Very central location, we walked everywhere. Our balcony overlooked a pedestrian area, very lively and touristy, and very pleasant. Great breakfast (the pear tart....ooh lala!), although the space is a little tight, but they do let you take a tray to your room if you like to, which is a lovely treat. Excellent staff, very helpful. Our room had a kitchenette, and we loved it. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, and lots of shopping opportunities too.

Very central aparthotel

Beautiful aparthotel in central Nice, very close to the old town. We walked everywhere, the beach is only a few roads away. There are loads of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a wide range of shops. The breakfast buffet was lovely, especially the beautiful pear tart! All the staff were very helpful, we had a great time and can't wait to be back!

The staff was wonderful. The room was good and well stocked. Location was great. Close to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel while staying in Nice, France.

The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

LOVELY HOTEL STUDIO, great location, very clean - although a bit of funny smell in the bed. Location is just literally at heart of the centre!

Highly recommended in this price category. Great boutique apart hotel right in the centre of all the activity bars restaurants, 5 mins from the beach and 2 from a tram. Clean, tidy, small kitchionette with basic stuff, super friendly and helpful staff. Loved my stay.
