This property is first rate. The concierge staff is outstanding. The pool is heavenly. the dinning option at the pool is great. we stayed here for three days and had to drag ourselves out of the hotel! completely first rate in every way.

This hotel is beautiful; however, the staff ruined the stay for us. I’m not sure if it were due to the color of our skin or they were just unhappy to have us but we felt uncomfortable being there. It is disappointing because I had stayed before and was raving about the beautiful hotel to my family and brought my parents and 3 other families with me but ended up being a disappointment. The restaurant staff were lovely but the management and front staff were not friendly.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au Château Saint-Martin, un véritable conte de fées! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une hospitalité remarquables. Chaque détail était soigneusement pensé pour nous offrir une expérience inoubliable. La nourriture était divine, chaque repas étant une célébration de saveurs exquises. Le service était impeccable, le personnel étant toujours attentif, courtois et professionnel. Ils ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial par leur dévouement et leur souci du détail. L'atmosphère de l'hôtel est tout simplement paradisiaque. Niché dans un cadre magnifique, avec des vues à couper le souffle et des jardins somptueux, chaque moment passé là-bas était une pure détente. Les chambres sont élégamment décorées et offrent tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour parfait. En somme, notre séjour au Château Saint-Martin a dépassé toutes nos attentes. C'est un endroit que nous recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent une escapade luxueuse et mémorable. Nous sommes impatients de revenir et de revivre cette expérience féerique.

Awful service and over-priced

Negatives: -Hotel concierge recommended a real estate agent who tried to get us to sign a contract giving him 50,000 Euros. General Manager did nothing about it even though he admitted it was totally wrong. -Our suite (junior suite prestige) didn't have as good a view as other cheaper rooms. -The 330ml Evian costs 7 Euro. Taxi .5 mile costs 20 Euro. Hotel tries to get money for all kinds of things that would be free elsewhere. Why not give free water and a shuttle to the local town? -Staff are argumentative and do not solve problems promptly or satisfactorily. -Very over-priced. Positives: -Food is good. -Hotel grounds and surrounding area is pretty.

The staff and service were excellent. The grounds were impeccable. I thought everything was outstanding. My only critique would be the spa. It was a beautiful and well maintained spa, but the masseuse I had was not professionally trained in deep tissue massages. Overall it was fine but for the cost of the service it was not worth the price.
