Good to receive email from Hotel asking questions and requests before our stay, we asked for quiet room which we got and away from lift which we also got. Well done Hotel Aston. Great selection for breakfast catering for all needs. Room cleaned and fresh towels every day. Polite Reception staff.

Only two small drawers for clothes. Very loud music from the rooftop. Very loud late at night. Pool very small and very cold. Hot food at breakfast was cold: bacon and potatoes. Scrambled eggs were very loose and runny. Had good variety of breakfast options. Staffing was friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay here. The hotel was in a great location for the beach and the old town. There was a shop just at the end of the street too for picking up essentials. The staff were friendly and the roof top bar was a great experience. Would stay again!

Well appointed hotel with excellent helpful staff and large comfortable room with a view. It’s a large city hotel well placed within easy reach of all the main sights on foot and loads of restaurants and shops. Perhaps a bit soulless and the breakfast was only OK but the four stars are well deserved.

The hotel currently has lots of bad reviews and I’m not sure why. Our room was clean and whilst could do with being updated was not anything I would mark down for. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Would return.

Hotel ideally situated for Old Town, tram and a short walk to sea front. Clean comfortable and friendly. Bar prices a little steep. Food good. Would recommend.

Hotel and staff were great. Our first night on check in our deluxe room was very small. We were moved to another deluxe next day which was fantastic. Hotel bit dated but location and friendly staff make up for this.

Well placed hotel for exploring Nice

In an excellent location across a small park from the old town and a short walk to the beach. The hotel had a very good selection for breakfast which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The bedrooms were clean and brightly decorated, and the bathrooms modern. There is a great view from the rooftop bar and pool.
