Staff were very friendly and always on hand to help with our queries. The location is ideal and it's less than a 5-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais, which proved to be invaluable to our exploration of Nice!

Great location, convenient, quiet. Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch - we enjoyed it at the hotel's patio with pastries from a nearby bakery.

Easy walk to restaurants, sea and groceries. Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again.

Hotel is just a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Parking is available on the property. Friendly and helpful owners who upgraded us from a room with 2 beds to a superior room with 3 beds at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was no A/C but the hotel offers good value for the money.

Although the hotel was well located, the room had no AC, only a ceiling ventilator. In the summer, it was so hot that it was impossible to sleep. We actually had to book a room at another hotel (with AC) to be able to sleep.

I had a good enough stay. Friendly service, nice area near the boulevard. Every day clean new towels en bedding. I traveled alone so bed was sufficient but for 2 persons it might be a bit small, but what to expect, 2 star hotel. Only disadvantage is the shared toilet but shower was fine and got good soap and shampoo for free what was a pleasant suprise. Very nice terrace at the front and I could keep an eye on my car from my room which I felt the car was safe at the courtyard

Cool place with great price. No bathroom in the room was a slight inconvenience but was overall a good experience. The bed comforter in my room looked dirty with brown spots. So I didn’t use it. It was worth the price paid.

Checking in I had no issues with and the location was pretty good, but the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning and it was super hot and hard to sleep. The outside was about 87° and the inside of the hotel had to have been like 95°. Kinda pricy for a place without air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like sleeping in a hot stuffy room.

Rooms are pleasant and clean but the hotel is incredibly noisy. It's a good place to stay if you don't want to sleep. Also, unlike what is written here, there is no breakfast at the hotel.

I have been in many hotels around the world. I chose this one because of the reviews but those all were fakes because the place is terrible. It was a tick on my bed and when I went to the front desk at 6pm, nobody was there. That was the worse night of my life

Room did not look like the pics and were HOT

I usually do not give bad reviews, but this was a really bad stay for us. The room did not look like the pictures at all, was really old and looked like a worn down hostel. The worst was the heat in the room, we had the top floor which was incredibly hot and the fan was barely working so it was a night with little sleep. I would not recommend this hotel. The only good thing was the location.

Hotel is literally located in a car park. There is only a kettle in the room, no cups. No air con which in 36 degree weather is awful. Toilet did not work. Towels were intermittently clean I.e. it depended on the day. I understand the hotel is cheap but pay a few hundred more or find an alternative. Would not recommend.

The staff attitude was so inconsiderate and not friendly. In the expedia app it says that room has a minbar fridge which is not correct, I counted on it to put my meficine in and the staff instead of apologizing, got defensive and said I should not expect a 2 star hotel to have a mini fridge in France which was not the point.

Nous avons passé une nuit agréable dans cet hôtel, particulièrement calme. Le personnel est acceuillant. Le couchage etait de bonne qualité mais j'aurai apprécié un oreiller plus épais. La salle de bain etait propre mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.
