We asked way in advance for a quiet location in the hotel. Maybe there was no such thing but our experience there was very altered because of how noisy it was. Don’t pay up for a view. It’s not worth it. We paid for a full view and wasted our money. The gym was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. Great location.

Very much enjoyed the hotel - perfect location and the staff is amazing! It would be nice to see some expanded selections on their menu but since they had just reopened after renovations, it’s possible they weren’t at full capacity yet. We ate by the pool as well as had room service a couple times and were very happy with the food. The rooms were outstanding as well. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were truly impressed with everything from beginning to end. The location is perfect — right across from the beach and very close to the Old Town and excellent restaurants. It is also conveniently located near the airport, which made everything very easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was spacious, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The entire property feels fresh and new, especially since the hotel was recently renovated. The breakfast was amazing with a nice selection and quality food. I would especially like to recognize the concierge team, Jeffrey and Gregory, for their outstanding service. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and were always happy to share recommendations and help with anything we needed. We truly appreciated getting to know them during our stay. In general, every member of the staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional. The combination of the beautiful renovated hotel, excellent location, comfortable rooms, amenities, and exceptional service made our stay in Nice wonderful. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

The correct name is Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée. Our family had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée. Traveling with two young children, having extra space makes all the difference, and our suite was outstanding. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and gave us plenty of room to relax after long days exploring the French Riviera. The hotel’s location is exceptional - right on the Promenade des Anglais and within easy walking distance of the beach, Old Nice, restaurants, and shopping. It made discovering the city effortless while providing a luxurious place to return to each evening. What truly elevated our stay was the attentiveness of the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and eager to help. They made our children feel welcome and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable. If you’re visiting Nice and looking for a hotel that combines an unbeatable location, spacious accommodations, and genuinely exceptional service, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to the Côte d’Azur.
