여행 얼마 안남기고 급하게 예약하게 된 곳이였는데, 개인적으로 분위기 상태 모두 만족했습니다. 무엇보다 방이 커서 캐리어도 다 펼쳐놓고 지내기 편했요, 바다랑도 너무 가까워서 좋았습니다

니스 중심가에 있어 교통도 편하고 좋은 위치였습니다. 4성 호텔 답게, 테라스 욕실 베드 모두 훌륭했고 아늑했어요. 특가로 구매하신다면 좋은 결정이 되리라 생각합니다:)

Over booked
Made a reservation almost a month ago but told that they were over-booked when I got there. Sent me to the nearest hotel and I could see they were trying best to make up but still wasn’t a pleasant experience

We got upgraded to a suite with terrace and it was beyond wonderful. Staffs are very nice and kind and everything was within walking distances. The concierge recommended us restaurants and they are amazing as well. Thank you we had such a nice stay!

Everyone who worked at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Hotel was in an excellent location.

Lovely stay
Great stay at this hotel. Excellent location with easy access to public transport, and a few minutes walk to the beach. Situated on a lovely leafy street. Room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Staff made it efficient and easy for us to check in earlier than the usual time and leave our bags so we could go for a wander on the beach. For money to value ratio in the central Nice area I thought the room was excellent, we upgraded to a deluxe room and it was spacious, with a large balcony and a jacuzzi bath. All staff, and in particular reception staff were really friendly and helpful making it a joy to stay at La Malmaison. We didn’t try the breakfast but I’m sure that it’s nice too. Only thing that could be upgraded (but wasn’t a huge issue) was the lift, there was only 1 and it was fairly slow. Also our key cards stopped working a few times and we had to get them changed, but the staff were very accommodating with this.

Best breakfast!
The hotel has a perfect location and close to both the beach, city center and central station. The staff is super friendly and the highlight is the breakfast. Totally fresh and delicious and managed by Madame Sestilia, who takes pride in keeping everything fresh and clean.

La Malmaison is a lovely hotel within quick walking distance to the beach promenade and old town. The hotel staff were all lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is well worth it. Highly recommend.

Great location, great breakfast and lovely staff
The hotel was good for our couple of nights stay in the city whilst attending the rugby world cup. It is perfectly situated in the centre for restaurants/shops and the beach front. We really enjoyed the market selling local produce. The room was quite disappointing for a superior but it did have a little balcony. The breakfast was excellent as always when staying at the Malmaison hotels. The staff were all lovely and accommodating too. We would stay again.

Clean , quiet hotel, A/C was good in the rrooms. Balcony south facing has a nice view of the boulevard. 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants area.

The best staff and service
An amazing hotel with the best staff! We were caught up with the UK air traffic control and had multiple flight cancellations. The staff at the Malmaison couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. They extended our stay, held luggage and helped us find our way through a stressful time. I couldn't recommend this hotel more!

I had an AMAZING stay at this wonderful hotel! The staff-members were incredibly helpful and friendly...I want to say a big THANK YOU to Sylvie, Hakim, Felix and a few other front-desk staff whose name(s) I can't recall for making me feel so welcome and provided the best service I could ever ask for. I must also mention how fantastic their breakfast was each morning...I was very pleasantly surprised at how good their breakfast options were....definitely one of the highlights of my stay! Thank you all for making my stay such a pleasurable and memorable one. I'll definitely be back at LA MALMAISON whenever I get the chance to be back in Nice!! Cheers! Marquise

Fantastisk hotell med perfekt beliggenhet for opphold i Nice. Rommet vi hadde med balkong var romslig nok for to, mrd gode senger og sengetøy. Kjøleskap med liten fryser og tekoker ett pluss. Sentralt i Nice med gangavstand til gamlebyen, togstasjon og stranden. Frokosten var også bra.

Hotel could use some renovation. Clean and overall good hotel but looks quite new in the pictures and it’s not really. Staff could be nicer. They had given complimentary sodas for us, from not asking the room cleaning. And then they added the sodas to our room bill. When checking out I was paying the room bill but they had problem with their payment machine. It didn’t accept any of my cards and they were saying it’s my cards that are not working. I was saying that my card have been working the whole trip just fine, but she was saying it’s not true and my cards don’t work in France… but my cards had been working every time before that and also after. That was stupid comments from her and made bad last impression.
