The property was well kept and in a central location where everything was walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the 4th floor and has no elevator, so if you are travelling with heavy luggage that’s not ideal.

This was absolutely a gem we found in the most perfect location! The room was probably the best I've stayed in and so great and roomy. The decor is modern and beautiful. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Very clean too! Book this before someone gets the last room!

This hotel is located within walking distance of the beach area, shops, and many restaurants. It was clean and decorated very nicely. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Well sited for the town, with an amazing view over the square. Good proximity to the town centre and the sea. Soundproofing was perfect, the best sleep we have had in Nice

Good break in Nice

My wife and I enjoyed a three day break in Nice. This place was very nicely located, next to the old town and barely a two minute walk to the beach. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and our room was quite large and spacious.

What a beautiful suite. Modern finishes in a lovely old building. Location was amazing! So close to the promenade and old town. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating. One note, no elevator so if you travel with lots of luggage be prepared to haul it up a few flights of stairs. Totally worth it though and we would definitely stay here again.

All good. Room was very nice and the staff extremely helpful. Had an issue with the safe in the room but was resolved relatively quickly. Stairs to the rooms were very dark and foreboding and could maybe benefit from some lighter coloured decor but the room itself was of an exceptionally high standard. Would definitely stay here again as its location is superb and very close to the old town.

Positives: 1) location 2) spacious room 3) Comfortable bed 4) on site manager very pleasant, professional and attentive to needs or issues raised Negative: internet had intermittent stability, we raised the issue when it happened it seemed resolved later but then happened everyday. We did not care as much as others might because we had a back up personal service that kept us connected. In fairness there was construction going on in the building which may be a special cause that was more impactful to our room. I do believe they strive to provide a good service so the following are suggestions for them to improve and are not intended as negatives, just simple things to enhance future clients experience: 1) better lighting in stairwell 2) paint or install reflective stripping at the edge of each stair to minimize misstepping when navigating the stairs 3) install fixtures in the shower to place our personal items like soap, razors, shampoo etc. As a reviewer you may interpret my review as negative , but it’s not. These items I’m suggesting are as one business owner to another just trying to be helpful, because I can tell they really want to give a great experience. If I thought otherwise I would not take the time. When building your brand and business continuous improvement is always part of the internal focus. I will recommend to my friends .

Lovely spacious room but no air conditioner and it was very hot in Nice. We had to leave the window open to get some air but there was a lot of noise from the street and square so it was hard to sleep. Also up several flights of stairs with no elevator. The owner was very gracious about port us leaving our bags before and after check-in and also called for a taxi for us to take us to the airport.

Très belle suite bien située au centre et proche pour repartir à l aéroport. La chambre est spacieuse bien décorée, mais nous sommes arrivés à 17h elle n était pas chauffée et la nuit idem il fallait se relever pour y mettre un peu de chauffage … Le service et l accueil bien organisé et la personne charmante Pensez à trouver une suite vue sur la place c est beaucoup mieux

Like in France anywhere..

They are very nice hotel and very centra but we request a room with view and a king size bed because we slept with our baby and we didn’t get anything . They said that you guys you didn’t send our request plus the money what we paid wasn’t for a room with a view!

Furniture amazing.. clean.. staff friendly but hardly to see them. this is not a hotel as claimed.. this is apartment devided into rooms. even my room is next to main door .. too noisy.. No elevator .. using stair to 3rd floor so often .. not recommend for seniors and people with health problems
