I booked for two rooms for at least a month in advance for my family and when I ask the staff in the lobby why our rooms were not next together they could not give me a good reason of why. I asked if we could have our rooms next together or on the same floor they said they canโt accommodate me. He wasnโt very helpful knowing I booked two rooms when I made my reservation.
