"Suite rooms ran down to unbearable condition. Bedding and furniture are old and damaged. Electric appliances outdated and damaged. Ceramic tiles very old and cracked. Bedding sheets were not cleaned and had spots on them."

"A lovely place to stay just outside of Tropea with excellent traansport links. There is a small beach down the cliff side which leads onto another spectacular beach wirh snorkelling. The staff were excellent and very accomadating. Lots of food options around the town. "

"We found our stay to be perfect we were right on the beach with restaurants all along the boardwalk behind our hotel. Breakfast was delicious and serene on the outside patio of this lush property. "I have stayed in many bed and breakfast hotels across Europe and Italy. This is by far the best I have ever stayed. The location is not super fantastic. It’s next to a main road but we can’t hear anything in the room. The room is simple but super super clean and well maintained. Comes with very clean toilet and shower. Mini fridge. Our window looks out to groves of olive tree. Highly recommended!"
