CC Beach Front Papagayo All Inclusive

"We had a wonderful experience at CC Beachfront. The staff was excellent with great service, polite, and the food was great. The options for food are not that many and not overwhelming - we prefer it that way and loved that everything was fresh and made to order for us. The first night, we had issues with the room; it was a very weird layout without any standing shower or bathtub, and we requested to change it the next day. Staff agreed, and after that, our experience was great. The resort has a private beach that you have for yourself. Close to the Liberia airport as well. Highly recommend!"

"Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing due to a lack of customer service and several concerning issues during our stay. Throughout the evenings, we were never offered beverages with meals, and it was often difficult to get staff members to acknowledge us. The level of service consistently fell below expectations for a resort. The condition of our room was also unacceptable. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold, which raised serious cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Additionally, we had an unpleasant experience at the pool. After placing our towels and shirts on lounge chairs and entering the pool, we watched our belongings being tossed on the ground, and taking our chairs for other guests without any communication or explanation. During our stay, several local guest informed us that the resort primarily caters to local visitors. We felt unwelcome as American guests throughout our visit. As a result of these issues, we chose to leave the resort early. Although we had paid for a six-night stay, we departed after four nights and incurred an additional $500 in airfare costs to return home ahead of schedule. The one positive aspect of our experience was the food, which was consistently very good. Unfortunately, the quality of the dining experience was not enough to offset the numerous service and accommodation concerns we encountered. American tourists are definitely not welcome at Barcelo."

"This is such a beautiful resort. The room was spotless, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. What truly made this vacation special was the connection we made with the staff, especially Lizandro at one of the outdoor bars. From our very first interaction, Lizandro took the time to get to know our preferences and would create personalized drinks he thought we would enjoy. He was always attentive, greeted us with a smile, and consistently provided exceptional service. Whenever we visited the bar, we knew exactly who to look for because he always made us feel welcome and taken care of. We truly appreciated the effort and care he put into making our experience memorable. We look forward to coming back and hope to see him and his crew by the pool again on our next visit!"

"We would recommend this resort based on many factors. We stayed right up front but the beach is easy from anywhere. Walking is easy to restaurants and shops. The restaurants and the bar on the resort were nice. The pools were very nice. Breakfast was good every morning and the fruit was always tip top. Parking our car rental was easy in and out. Getting towels was an easy exchange and the wash station right off the sand was very helpful."
