"Wonderful Stay at Riu Palace Costa Rica
My husband and I had a fantastic time at Riu Palace Costa Rica. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. The service throughout the hotel was excellent.
The food was delicious, and the dining service staff did an outstanding job. Everyone was attentive, pleasant, and made each meal enjoyable. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and the entire hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained.
I understand the hotel will be closing for several months for renovations and upgrades. There were a few areas where you could see that some updating would be beneficial, but none of those things created any discomfort or negatively affected our stay.
The pools were beautifully maintained and always clean and inviting. The beach was another highlight for me because I’m definitely a beach person! We were so pleased that there was no sargassum during our stay, and the sea was wonderfully warm and comfortable for swimming. That made the beach experience even more enjoyable and was a big part of why we loved our time there so much.
What really made our vacation special was the people, the food, and the wonderful service. We truly enjoyed ourselves and felt well taken care of throughout our visit.
I would definitely return to Riu Palace Costa Rica and would happily recommend it to others."
