“This was hotel was clean with friendly staff but they had a power outage that also caused the cut off of water supply during the night and part of the morning. That lead to the pool being closed off for a couple of days. Huge bummer! We also experienced cold showers before the power outage. I’m not sure if book with them again which is a shame because it really is a great place with restaurant, bar, and a convenience store attached to it.”

“The Sunset Shack was fantastic for our family trip to Nosara. The beach is super close, and the town is very cute. We were right in the middle of it all. Monkeys in the mango trees on the property in the morning, and iguanas roaming all day. The food, the staff, and the hotel itself were all 5 stars! We would love to return to Nosara, and would not stay anywhere else. Thank you Sunset Shack!”

“It was quiet and we had a very relaxing weekend we weren’t able to do a lot in the hotel because prices are high but we went out and we find better prices. We did massages with Irene she is great and professional, i heard a lot about employees not getting breaks and not getting paid enough and i understand why the costumer service is not as good but management you business reflects how you treat your employees and unfortunately hotel show need improvement with costumer service and...

“Comfortable place. Two beds in the room, that was unexpected. Nice. Staff need to be more attentive when . Serving and at the bar. But free breakfast was very good. Great beach, one of the best I have been in Costa Rica. Affordable. I don’t know if they have any beach chairs, I didn’t asked. There are none available at the beach except for the next door resort which they don’t rent. There are different activities offered by other businesses.”
