"Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in....

"Every room having a balcony - good. Good size rooms. Limited choice on breakfast buffet for a week - the same food every day. Reception staff helpful with any questions. Daily had to keep requesting for towels as when the room was serviced, no towels were left. Unfortunately in the bar on floor 2, some guests/visitors were given good service when others were not. Some people came into the bar eating and were asked to leave. Others were not asked to leave -this does not seem fair."
