Fantastic, outstanding place! Super clean, comfortable, nice, quiet, very friendly and so kind hosts (husband and wife), excellent breakfast with tasty homemade sweets, freshly made exquisite coffee, wonderful location near lake, stable Wi-Fi, the most pleasant stay one could only imagine, astonishing experience! Lovely, 10+ stars!!!

Staff was extremely helpful. Food was excellent. Rooms were large.

Rooms were superb with many included amenities. Free parking on the street was limited but a nice perk. Just a few steps from the bus stop and very walkable in the old-town of Burgdorf. Will definitely return!

First I must say this was not my first choice. I usually book the 'day of' when I arrive in a city, but this time, there was nothing reasonably priced so I found this place. I was at first a bit disappointed that I was not in the city center BUT it turns out it was a 4 stop bus ride which was about 6 minutes to get to the main train station. We liked the "kitchen" though there wasn't an oven to do pizza. (go to the 8th floor common room and use that one) The common room was never busy while we were there so if you want a comfortable spot to browse the internet or watch a game on your laptop that is a good spot. If there are two of you, pulling the other half of the bed out every evening was a bit of a chore but not a deal breaker. Great location; Enjoyed a delicious dinner with 4 Swiss friends in their restaurant. I suggest if this hot spell continues, they offer just a plain sheet on the bed, besides the quilts.

This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. I had a wonderful stay at Stay KooooK in Bern. The location was perfect for exploring Bern, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Large room with 2 comfortable chairs, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

Hotel was walking distance to the city and shopping. For those not inclined to walk the hotel provided tram tickets for the duration of the stay! The hotel also had a great continental breakfast and the staff was EXCELLENT! Very friendly, accommodating and very informative- also spoke excellent English which was a bonus! Planning on staying there again on my next trip to Bern!
