The hotel itself was very clean with excellent food and a very friendly staff who ended up providing myself and two others with transportation to and from an event in the local area that we were participating in. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room in small town

The hotel is about an hour from Bern, a small town, but if you need a night in a comfy hotel room with AC and space, stay there. The staff was amazing!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff is exceptional, the rooms very clean and the location was near the event I attended. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in the Niederbipp / Oensingen area.

The most charming hotel. The room was updated, but not super modern. So if you’re looking for an authentic Swiss hotel stay here! The breakfast was really good and had gluten free options. The staff were so kind and wonderful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely loved our stay!!

Excellent accueil (professionnalisme, efficacité, sourire et la jeune dame parle français !). Chambre rénovée parfaitement agencée, sous les toits avec porte fenêtre. Salle de bains, jolie et pratique, avec des produits d'accueil. Petit bémol : des fumeurs venaient prendre leur café et surtout leur cigarette le matin et le soir, donc on referme donc la fenêtre. Excellente literie. Diner OK (pas trop de choix). Petit déjeuner OK (peut-être enrichi). Il faut demander si l'on souhaite des oeufs (omelette le 1er matin -elle ne pouvait pas faire autre chose...et j'ai bien attendu..- et oeufs au plat, comme souhaité, le 2nd matin - la serveuse était beaucoup plus dynamique, organisée et souriante !). Parking aisé et gratuit
