"Excellent selection of breakfast, very clean and airy room with balcony, lovely courtyard garden, close to bus stop and 5-7 min walk to the metro. Definitely recommend this hotel."
"Pros:
- Location was convenient, close to a supermarket and the metro
- Unique layout for the apartment, easy access and check-in via the app etc..
- Duplex studio was spacious.
- The kitchen was very handy for us in the mornings and nights. Bathroom shower pressure was great also.
- Naitly staff communication was efficient!
Cons:
- When booking through this platform, please double check when you check-in via the app with Naitly that it’s the exact room you’ve booked for. We were given the...
"Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. The area around the flat is quiet and had families around, but didn't always feel the safest later at night. Overall, it was a good...
"I really enjoyed my stay at Funky Bilo. The apartment is super clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. The location is perfect—close to transport, great food spots, and Sempione Park.
It’s quiet, comfy, and the Wi-Fi works great. Check-in was easy and communication was smooth. I’d happily stay here again!"
"I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival and was never cleaned during our entire stay — no cleaning services were provided at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and despite asking twice at reception for proper towels, we were only given small face towels. The staff claimed they don’t have body towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, poor cleanliness, no basic amenities, no room cleaning, and unhelpful service — a terrible experience in Milan."
"I lIke the location because it’s quiet and it’s next to a metro station. Breakfast is also very good. I will stay here again on my next trip to Milan."
"It was as described and clean. Communication though wasn't great, with online checkin and WhatsApp messages from 2 different people requesting the same information. Felt like dealing with a call centre. Slow to respond and access details were only received the day before, though were very good when they did arrive. Asked to check out at 11.00 rather than 10.00 and told no, as it was booked out - though had only just received an invitation to extend our stay, so the two don't fit."

10/10 Excellent
"Very nice hotel and the front desk was helpful and kind. "
"This was a great property for a quick stay in Milan. I walked to the castle and Villa from there and shopped a little nearby. We ate at the total and it was easy and delicious. Some things were closed for August holidays but that is not the hotels fault!"
"We liked our stay here, but the room was quite warm. The breakfast is great. The location is alright, Nàpiz pizza nearby is great. Few minutes walk to the main station. Some sketchy areas near the tram that we me sure to avoid at night. "
"The hotel was great and the amenities alongwith interior design was amazing.
The staff are courteous and quick in providing service.
Had a great stay here."
