新潟シティマラソンがあるので、朝食時間を6:30から6:00に急遽変更するなどお客様目線は素晴らしい。変更するのは、良いが案内方法を考えてほしい。チェックイン時の案内はなし。張り紙で知り、提供内容は、パンとなっていたのは、おにぎりも提供と案内と実態が乖離しすぎ。
