Great value for money

The check-in staff was very helpful and patient. Supermarket, convenience store and udon restaurant within walking distance and closing at late night. Spacious dedicated car park nearby for hotel customers.

Niihama nearly there

Good location and price but it is really 3 star service and amenities. No communal bath, no info in Japanese or English about the huge festival, big but basic breakfast. Recheckin required for extension.

The hotel was clean and efficient, but lacked amenities and personality. For example, there were no places nearby to eat dinner. There was a large supermarket nearby though, so we were able to buy food and eat in our small room that had a view of the parking garage. Fine for one night though: clean, safe, quiet. It would have been better if Expedia had offered a choice of room types, such as higher floor, room with a view, or “superior double.”

Magnificent hotel 2 minutes from Niihama station and the museum. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Amazing bedroom and bathroom of very good size, fully equipped. Very fast Wi-Fi. Very friendly staff. I stayed 3 nights.

新居浜の駅前にあるので、仕方なしに泊まってます。お風呂に人毛は落ちてるし、布団が汚れていたり、老朽化が進んでいたりと不満がたくさんあります。岡山から2時間かけて泊まることが多いのでもっと気持ちよく泊まりたい

無料の朝食はそんなに品数はないけれどもち麦ご飯やカレー、スープが2種類にお味噌汁、パンは5種類ほどあって十分でした。 お部屋へ持ち帰って食べることもできます。 フロントには31アイスの自販機がありました。 5歳息子と二人でシングル部屋にしましたが余裕のある大きさのベッドで快適に眠ることが出来ました。 駅からもとても近く便利でした。
